1) Call Centre Executive / Operator / Call Centre (Salary: RM1400 and above) (Full Time / Part Time, flexible working hours)
- Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
- Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
- Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers
- Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
- Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
- Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
2) Call Centre Supervisor (Salary: RM2000 and above)
- Manage a team of call center agents.
- Be available to affect the entirety of the team's operations.
- Manage by walking around
- Monitor queue and track inbound calls.
- Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
- Keep track of attendance, daily statistics, paid time off, sick time, etc.
- Recruit new staff and schedule existing staff to meet service level objectives.
- Produce performance reviews as established by Project Manager.
- Create effective channels of agent feedback.
